Sometimes, Things Come Along At Just The Right Time

Sometimes, Things Come Along At Just The Right Time

Sometimes, things come along at just the right time.

Sometimes.

Like in the middle of a pandemic, when morale is low and it feels like the end is just too far away to even contemplate. When lock down, or so we are told by the media, may stay until the summer or even longer. And when the never ending monotony of grey and wet and generally miserable days drains your soul and slowly, insipidly, chips away at your mental well being.

That’s when something, anything, that brings back smiles and laughter and enjoyment, even if it’s just for a few hours, is so badly needed.

And today, the world provided just that.

It snowed.

And how wonderful did it feel to be out in the cold, watching and listening to families and kids shouting with excitement as they forgot about their problems and jumped on their sledges, even if it was just for a while.
