Those That Follow The Herd Will Never Save The World
It’s true.
And most people know it.
To follow the herd is a cop out if you believe in change.
You cannot keep doing things in the same way and expect something different to happen. And in the case of our planet, it is surely insanity to think that this will be enough to save our world.
Beauty still remains, but only just in some places.
The world is not dead, not yet, but everyone knows that we risk disaster.
Today, this year, the planet is burning.
And right now, there are people, and I wish that it were more, that can still see the beauty and want to save it. People who can see that it is still there and choose to take action to preserve it for future generations.
And if you look closely at these protesters, well, you can also see beauty in their eyes. You can see it alongside their fear for the planet and their desire to do something, anything, to keep it safe for others.
They have the passion to try, like so many before them that helped change the world with direct action. And, just like their predecessors, they choose to act whilst all around them people just sit.
And today, whilst the world burns, they still sit and “tut” and complain about the inconvenience.
So please, give it a thought and ask yourself the question, do you really want to stay a sheep forever?
